Tobias Scheithauer

Hi, I am a PhD student in Machine Learning in the Computational Cancer Genomics Group at ETH Zurich under the supervision of Valentina Boeva.

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from ETH Zurich. During my studies I focussed on medical applications of machine learning, mostly in the context of cancer research.

My work is primarily focused on understanding the proteome of lymphoma and how we can leverage machine learning to analyze the associated large amounts of data.
